I love the wisdom of Rumi’s ancient writings, so full of wisdom and his understanding of how God is reflected all around in the beauty of the natural world.

The quote written in delicate black ink on top of the painting, reads “My soul is from elsewhere, of that I am sure and I intend to end up there.

My prayer as I worked on this contemplative series was that each piece would end up in the hands of the one it was created for. I hope it finds you.
